Education is at the core of our mission at Cloud 9. Our first event of a new series of educational events. June 26th - Cocktail Spring Roll Dinner at Guild House West (1221 Fairmount Ave). Attendees will go into the garden and pick some produce for spring rolls and herbs for BYO cocktails (we ask you to supply the liquor and we'll add our twist).
The goal for the evening is to stimulate discussion around a very locally sourced bounty. Come share our harvest and share your perspective on urban agriculture, food security, and sustainability. Based on the evening's discussions, we will set topics for future dinners and events.
